Many actors arrive in Hollywood full of hope but leave drained, discouraged, and unsure of their next step. I spent 17 years working in the industry as a background actor and stand-in, and I watched how quickly people struggled when they did not understand the business. Ten years into my career, I made a different choice. I went back to school, started at a community college, and nine years later, I graduated with seven degrees, including a PhD. For almost three years after leaving the industry, I lived on the income I had saved. Not because I earned a lot, but because I made wise decisions and stayed grounded in my faith and values.

This course teaches you how to enter and navigate the industry with the same discipline and awareness that protected me when many others were unprepared.
