Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®)
This course includes access to the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®), a research-based assessment that measures intercultural competence and developmental orientation.
After enrolling in the course, participants will receive an email with instructions to complete the IDI®. Completion of the assessment is part of the course experience.
Individual interpretation, guided discussion, and a personalized development plan are not included in the course fee. Participants who would like support in understanding their results and tracking growth may purchase optional one-on-one sessions before and after the course.
Details and pricing for individual sessions will be shared after the IDI® is completed.
