Research-Driven Impact
My work has been published in high-level academic journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. It focuses on how local cultural knowledge, including Indigenous STEM (LSTEM), and storytelling shape global collaboration. A recent study showed that African learners, particularly from Cameroon, meaningfully influenced U.S. participants’ cultural sensitivity in virtual intercultural teams.
